Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in staffing solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manufacturing and information technology domains, with a proven track record of driving business growth and fostering client relationships within the staffing industry. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our client base, generating revenue through staffing services, and building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing and IT sectors requiring staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative staffing solutions that address client needs and market demands.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; additional certifications in staffing or recruitment preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales roles within the staffing industry, with a focus on manufacturing and IT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of staffing processes, recruitment strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $74,428.09 - $89,633.84 per year
